When you fill out the quote form, we collect what you type into it: your name and phone number, the address or addresses for the job, a list of items, any special details, your preferred dates, the type of service you want, and your email address if you choose to give one.

When you call or email us, we get your phone number or email address and whatever you tell us.

Like most websites, our hosting and visitor statistics tools also see basic technical information, such as the pages you view, your approximate location, your browser, and your device type.

We use your information to reply to your request, give you a quote, schedule and carry out your job, and follow up if needed. If you give us your email address on the quote form, we may send you a short confirmation. We use visitor statistics to see which pages are helpful and to keep the site running well.

We do not sell your personal information.

We rely on a few outside services to run the site. They only get the information they need to do their job:

• Vercel hosts the website and provides our visitor statistics.
• Resend delivers your quote request to us by email, and sends the confirmation email if you ask for one.
• Google suggests full addresses as you type in the quote form, and provides the map on our Contact page.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our business and customers.

Our visitor statistics do not use cookies and do not follow you across other websites. The Google map on our Contact page is loaded from Google and may set its own cookies, which are covered by Google's privacy policy.

This website does not store quote requests in a database. Your request reaches us by email, and we keep it for as long as we need to quote and complete your job, and for our business records after that.

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Nu2Umoving@gmail.com or call (512) 808-8911 and we'll take care of it. If you don't want emails from us, tell us and we'll stop.

If we change how the site handles your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
